The Arizona Room

One of the original rooms in the 1930s LaMar Home, this special room seats up to 40 guests.  With its coved ceilings, classic brick floor and colors of terracotta and cream, the setting is perfect for any event.

The Bocce Ball Courts

Host a casual event on our Bocce fields. Adirondack chairs and high top tables can serve up to 30 guests. 

The Long Room

Feel like you are at a dinner in Italy in our Long Room.  Set with elegant antique wood tables and wooden chairs, this room holds up to 30 guests for a seated affair.  20 guests with a small buffet and gift table.

The Private Patio

Shaded by tall adobe walls and olive trees, our private patio seats up to 36 guests with space for a private bar, buffet and separate guest entrance.

The Main Patio & Gardens

Surrounded by historic palms, the patio can handle a seated dinner for 80 guests and up to 150 standing.

  • All the items you need to throw an amazing party:

    • White china, all glassware and flatware

    • Linens for any welcome tables, buffets or gift tables

    • Welcome check-in table with linen

    • Table numbers in an elegant silver, gold or wooden frame

    • Guest water station

    • High chairs

    • Simple metal floor easels

    • Cake risers and cutting knives

    • Printed menus on high quality paper

  • All private rooms are booked by our special events staff and require a contract.  All contracts must be signed no later than two weeks before your event. 

  • Health Department requires that only items made by our restaurant can be consumed at your event.   We are able to make an exception for cakes made by commercial bakeries.  Cakes must be delivered no more than one hour prior to your event unless special arrangements have been made.  If we cannot not determine that a cake was made by a commercial bakery, (i.e., commercially branded box or receipt) it will not be served. We do not take responsibility for any commercially produced goods left longer than one hour before your event.

  • Tastings are encouraged and offered at no charge for events with more than 50 guests. 

  • Flat screen TV with HDMI and Apple hookups is available for $150.  Microphone, bluetooth speaker and podium are available for rent for $100.

  • We reserve the right to set up a bar if the guest count exceeds 30 guests.  Prices start at $150 for bar service.

  • For cakes serving more than 30 guests, we offer cake cutting services at a cost of $2 per slice.  All cakes will be served on a white plate with a fork, unless otherwise requested.

  • Events are allowed to run for 3 hours with one hour set up time and a half an hour for the event break down.  Any time that exceeds this will incur an overtime fee of $150 per hour.

  • All items – décor, gifts, balloons, floral displays -- must be dropped off one hour prior to the event start time unless other arrangements have been made with staff.

  • All items must be removed at the end of the event.

  • We will provide menus printed on our letterhead. Any other designs must be provided by client.
